AI Studio Integrity Pledge

AllBatim guarantees the integrity of every photo and video generated by artificial intelligence. This charter details our commitments, technical safeguards, buyer rights and compliance with applicable laws.

Our commitment

AllBatim commits that every photo and video generated by artificial intelligence strictly respects the structural integrity of the listed property.

No wall, window, opening, exterior view or architectural element can be added, removed or modified by AI processing. Any deviation detected triggers automatic rejection by our DINOv2 + DreamSim + SSIM cascade.

Only the following are allowed: color and lighting retouching, virtual furniture staging in an empty room, and cosmetic virtual decoration (rugs, plants, frames).

3 protection tiers (Safe, Guarded, Projection)

Every AI generation preset is classified into a risk tier. The higher the structural risk, the stricter the safeguards (badge, comparison, visible original).

Safe tier (0 to 5% risk)

Color, light and seasonal ambiance retouching only. No structural impact. Discreet "Enhanced photo" badge. No interstitial, immediate publication.

Guarded tier (10 to 30% risk)

Furniture staging, rental personas, outdoor garden or terrace scenes. The agent signs a pledge once per session, compares original/AI in split-view and checks "Structure identical" before publishing. Visible bottom-right badge "AI staging photo".

Projection tier (50 to 100% risk)

Full renovation, reconstitution or architectural project. Huge banner "PROJECTION — Current state below". The original photo is ALWAYS displayed above the projection in the listing. Mandatory warning modal.

Technical safeguards

Before any publication, each image goes through an automated control chain designed to detect and block any structural alteration of the property.

• Gemini Vision pre-analysis: automatic detection of room type, materials, architectural elements, persons and faces (automatic blurring before any analysis).
• Cascade of 5 specialised AI models: each candidate image is submitted to five competing generators, then to the best aggregated score.
• Triple SSIM + DINOv2 + DreamSim validation: pixel, semantic and perceptual comparison with the source photo. Strict thresholds imposed before any publication.
• Automatic rejection if the structure diverges (walls, floor, ceiling, windows, doors). No manual override possible — even for administrators.
• Invisible cryptographic watermark (C2PA) + visible visual badge bottom-right indicating the tier (Safe / Guarded / Projection).

Agent commitment

Before each Guarded or Projection-tier generation, the agent digitally signs the following 7 clauses. The signature is timestamped, IP address and User-Agent are archived for 10 years.

1. The source photo faithfully represents the actual current state of the property.
2. I am authorised to publish and modify the photos of this property (mandated agent or owner).
3. I undertake to publish only if the architectural structure remains identical (walls, floor, ceiling, windows, doors).
4. I understand that the image will display a visible badge indicating its status.
5. I am solely liable under Israeli law for any misleading allegation.
6. I authorise AllBatim to archive this commitment for 10 years and to produce it in the event of a dispute.
7. I understand that in the event of non-compliance my account may be suspended and my information transmitted to the authorities.

Buyer and visitor rights

AllBatim buyers and visitors benefit from systematic transparency tools:

• Every AI-generated photo is clearly identified by a visible badge whose prominence depends on the tier (Safe / Guarded / Projection).
• A before/after slider lets any visitor compare the published AI photo with the raw original taken by the photographer.
• A "Report excessive retouching" button is available on every AI photo and video. Reports are anonymous.
• AllBatim handles every report within 24 business hours. If abuse is confirmed, the photo is removed and replaced by the original within 2 hours.

Your right to report

Any visitor can report an AI image they consider misleading, with one click, without creating an account.

• A "Report" button is present on every AI photo and every AI-enhanced video.
• The report opens a 1-click modal (category + optional reason). No personal data required.
• Investigation within 48 working hours. In case of confirmed abuse, the image is removed within 2 hours and replaced by the original.

Responsibilities

The real-estate agent is solely responsible for the truthfulness of any publication under Israeli law, notably under the Consumer Protection Act 1981 (חוק הגנת הצרכן) and the Real Estate Brokers Act 1996 (חוק המתווכים).

AllBatim is responsible for the technical and legal compliance of the AI Studio framework: operational technical safeguards, 10-year archival of commitments, 48-hour handling of reports, transparency and auditability.

Legal compliance

Our Premium Integrity protocol covers the following laws 100%:

• Israeli Consumer Protection Act 1981 (חוק הגנת הצרכן) — transparency obligation on any visual representation of a property offered for sale or rent.
• Real Estate Brokers Act 1996 (חוק המתווכים במקרקעין) — professional responsibility of the mandated agent for the truthfulness of advertising materials.
• Israeli Privacy Protection Act 1981 (חוק הגנת הפרטיות) — automatic face blurring, minimal retention, access and rectification rights.
• EU AI Act, Article 50 (applicable August 2, 2026) — mandatory clear and legible labeling of any AI-generated content aimed at the public.
• California AB 723 (in force since January 1, 2026) — misdemeanor if no badge is shown on any AI-retouched real estate image.
• France's Loi Hoguet (deceptive real estate advertising) — up to 2 years imprisonment and €300,000 fine. The agent is the publisher; AllBatim is the host.
• FTC Guidelines USA — content authenticity and clear disclosure to the buyer of any substantial modification.

Archival

Each signed commitment (full name, IP, User-Agent, tier, propertyId, property address, clauses version, UTC timestamp) is kept for 10 years in the IntegrityPledge table, encrypted at rest, and reproducible in the event of a legal proceeding, administrative investigation or Israeli court request.

Governing law

This charter is governed by Israeli law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Tel Aviv–Jaffa court, unless otherwise required by mandatory public-order rules in the complainant's jurisdiction.
