Privacy Policy
AllBatim collects the following personal data: name, email, phone (optional), messages sent via contact forms. This data is used solely for connecting with professionals and is never sold to third parties. You can request deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@allbatim.com.
Cookies
AllBatim uses only technical cookies required for the website to function (session, language preferences). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
Data Protection
Data is stored on secure servers (Neon PostgreSQL, Vercel). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Connections are encrypted with HTTPS.
AI data retention
In compliance with France's Loi Hoguet, the EU AI Act (Article 50) and California AB 723, certain AI Studio data is retained beyond the standard duration:
- IntegrityPledge records (IP, User-Agent, prompt hash, timestamp, propertyId) are kept for 10 years as legal evidence admissible in court.
- Original uploaded photos and AI-generated photos/videos are retained for 24 months from the last publication date.
- User reports (excessive retouching, inconsistency) are retained for 2 years and then anonymised (SHA-256 hash of the reporter).
- GDPR rights: you may request deletion of all your personal data, except IntegrityPledge records that fall under a legal retention obligation (Article 17.3.b GDPR).
AI Studio and data
- Automatic face blurring before any AI analysis or generation, in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Act 1981 and the GDPR.
- Source photos uploaded to AI Studio are automatically deleted 90 days after their last use (daily purge cron).
- IntegrityPledge commitments (full name, IP, User-Agent, tier, propertyId, property address, prompt hash, timestamp) are kept 10 years as admissible legal evidence.
- GDPR-compatible rights: access, rectification, portability, restriction, objection and erasure, except for IntegrityPledge commitments covered by a statutory retention obligation (Article 17.3.b GDPR).
